Peter Korn received his B.A. in History from Georgetown University in 1993. He received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 1996. He is a member of the Corporate and Securities group and his skills emphasize venture capital and private equity matters, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counseling. He was previously a Corporate Finance Associate with Morrison & Foerster LLP (2000-2002), and with Winston & Strawn (1996-2000). He is admitted to the bar in New York.
Joseph W. Bartlett is Founder and Chairman of the Board at VC Experts.com, Inc. He is a Courtesy Professor at Cornell University, The Johnson School of Business; formerly an adjunct professor at New York University School of Law and a visiting Professor (Securities Regulation and Corporate Finance) at Stanford.

David is a business assurance partner in the New York Technology, Information, Communications and Entertainment & Media (TICE) practice of PWC. He has over 16 years of experience servicing a wide range of clients with a specific focus on traditional media, entertainment, technology and new media companies. David has assisted management in significant financing transactions including initial public offerings, high yield debt offerings, private financings, spin-offs, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. David has also spent a significant portion of his career devoted to emerging growth businesses.

Shelley M. Zoler, Director, Securities Division, TIAA-CREF
Shelley Zoler has been on the Alternative Investments team since April 1998. She is presently primarily responsible for the investment and monitoring of TIAA's distressed and secondary private equity fund investments, as well as an active portfolio of co-investments with our US and European mid and large cap, venture capital, and distressed debt and turnaround private equity funds. She has served on numerous LP Advisory Committees across a broad array of TIAA's private equity fund manager relationships. From 1997-98, Shelley was on TIAA's lease finance team. Prior to 1997, she was a Senior Counsel in TIAA's legal department, where she spent 19 years advising the investment professionals on all types of private placement and 144A investments, as well as bankruptcy and workout situations.
Prior to joining TIAA-CREF in 1978, Shelley was in the legal department of Home Life Insurance Company where she similarly advised its investment staff on private placements. Shelley holds a JD degree from Northwestern University School of Law and a BA, cum laude, from SUNY at Buffalo.
