Mike is an audit partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Technology, Information, Communication and Entertainment (TICE) group in New York and is the managing partner of the Software Industry Group. He recently returned from our San Jose office where he served some of the firms major technology clients. Mike has extensive IPO experience and specializes in software revenue recognition, business combinations, deal structuring, financial due diligence and is a frequent speaker on these and other complex accounting matters. He has served many Fortune 500 companies and major technology companies, leading US and global engagements. Mike is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is licensed to practice in California , Connecticut and New York.

Mr. Bob Schwed joins Hale and Dorr after twenty-four years in the New York office of Reboul, MacMurray, Hewitt & Maynard, where he built a substantial practice working with private equity firms and their portfolio companies in corporate finance transactions. Mr. Schwed’s extensive experience in the private equity arena will facilitate the continued expansion of the corporate practice in Hale and Dorr’s New York office.
