Retrieve Your Password

Clear Your Browser Cookies

If you know your password, but are still not able to log in, try clearing the cookies in your browser.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 8

• Click "Safety" on the tool bar
• Select "Delete Browsing History"
• Select cookies and click "Delete"

Mozilla Firefox

• Click "Tools" on the tool bar
• Click "Options" in the dropdown
• In the Privacy tab, click "Show Cookies"
• Either remove the cookies for "pedatacenter.com" and "vcexperts.com", or click "Remove All Cookies"
