This week we welcome Randy Mitchell, of the International Trade Administration at the U. S. Department of Commerce. Mr. Mitchell is responsible for private equity/venture capital in the Department's Office of Financial Services Industries and is the United States Representative to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) for Entrepreneurship. Among several duties, Mr. Mitchell is responsible for enhancing the competitiveness of the U.S. venture capital sector.
