Submit Content to the Encyclopedia
If you have an article you would like to submit to us, we invite you to send it; we will be happy to review it as possible content to our site. As the author, you keep the copyright; VC Experts, Inc. would receive a non-exclusive sublicense to reprint in our online Encyclopedia.
Benefits of Submission
You will have a high exposure to VC Experts’ subscriber base, which includes the top-tier private equity and VC funds, over two-thirds of the AmLaw 100 Firms, and over 175,000 visitors per month. Also, every week, the publishers pick pertinent articles from our site for inclusion in our Buzz of the Week newsletter, which has about 8,500 weekly subscribers. In addition, you are of course welcome to include a short biography about the authors and their firms.
If you have an article you would like to submit, please follow these steps:
- Print a copy of this page, including the Article Reprint Agreement below.
- Fill out the Article Reprint Agreement and fax it to 1 (318) 213-0195 ATTN: Article Submission or send it as a PDF to contact@vcexperts.com .
- Submit a copy of the article in Word™, WordPerfect™, or RTF to: contact@vcexperts.com
- Filling out an Article Reprint Agreement does not guarantee the article will be placed on the site. We do not accept press releases or similar news reports. We will place any attribution you wish on the article once it is published.
- We DO NOT make any changes to the content of an article unless requested by the author. We only change formatting to match the format of content on our site.

Copyright Agreement between Author and VC Experts, Inc.
Author assignment of copyright (non-exclusive sub-license) to VC Experts, Inc. Author agrees to become a contributor to the VC Experts, Inc. site and
- Author represents to the best of his or her knowledge that (1) he or she has the right to enter into this agreement and (2) the attached materials (the "Work") is not in the public domain and (3) he or she is the copyright holder of the Work and has the right, power and authority to make the grant of rights set forth herein;
- Author is not obligated by contract with any other person to withhold or not to deliver the Work to the VC Experts, Inc.;
- Author agrees that VC Experts, Inc. shall be the sole owner of all right, title and interest in the collected materials it publishes (the "Collective Work",) or any portion thereof, while the author shall be the sole owner of all right, title and interest in his or her individual Work. VC Experts, Inc. shall recognize Author as author (or editor) to his or her specific portion of the Collective Work and recognize the same with attribution on the website;
- Author retains the copyright to his or her work and shall be able to use any parts of the Work in marketing materials and any other way he or she sees fit;
- Subject to (c) above, VC Experts, Inc., its licensees, successors and assignees reserve all rights in the Collective Work including all rights under copyright and the right to print, publish and distribute Author's contribution to the Collective Work in any form or medium whether now known or hereafter known throughout the world including, but not limited to, all formats of electronic, magnetic, digital, laser or optical based media and in connection with any advertising or promotion thereof, and in all languages and all territories together with the right to make such changes to the Author's contribution and establish pricing as VC Experts, Inc. deems appropriate.
- VC Experts, Inc. specifically reserves all rights to: make any derivative works of the Work, combine the Work or derivative works, in whole or in part, with any other materials in any medium whether now known or hereafter known throughout the world, subject to (c) above.
