Abstract

This Nondisclosure Agreement (this "Agreement") is dated as of [DATE], between ACME Systems Inc., a Delaware corporation having a principal place of business at One Technology Park, Nashua, NH 03060 ("ACME"), and [COMPANY], with a place of business at [ADDRESS] ("Company").
