Abstract

AGREEMENT, dated as of the 16th day of October 2007, by and between ABC LLC., a Delaware company co founded with XYZ, Inc. with offices at 123 Main Street, Anytown, Anystate (the "Company"), and GHJ LLC, a State of Delaware limited liability corporation with offices at 456 Main Street, Anytown, Anystate ("GHJ").
