Abstract

Acme Capital Group, LLC 1055 Main Street NorthWest Building Suite 34222 Los Angeles, CA 01234 January 1st, 2005 Dear __________: This letter will confirm the Agreement between Acme Capital Group, LLC, a California limited liability company ("Company"), and __________("Participant"), in connection with Participant's investment in a slate of motion picture projects to be selected by Company (the "Slate" with each motion picture in the Slate, a "Picture"). Company currently anticipates raising an aggregate of up to One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for the slate (as currently anticipated, the "Slate Budget"), but may raise more or less. Company currently anticipates investing in Pictures having a production budget of between Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($600,000) and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000), but may invest in Pictures with larger or smaller production budgets.
