Abstract
Business Day Business Day shall mean (a) if any class of Common Stock is listed or admitted to trading on a national securities exchange, a day on which the principal national securities exchange on which such class of Common Stock is listed or admitted to trading is open for business, or (b) if no class of Common Stock is so listed or admitted to trading, a day on which the New York Stock Exchange is open for business. The alternative is any day on which the SEC is open to accept filings or, if determining when a payment is due, a day on which national banks are open.
