Abstract

COMMISSION AGREEMENT This Commission Agreement (this "Agreement"), dated effective as of __________ __, (the "Effective Date"), is entered into by and between [__________], an individual and resident of the State of New York ("__________"), and ____________________, a ______________ [New York] corporation (" _________________").
