Abstract

ACME INC. COMMON STOCK SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT THIS SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page hereto by and between the undersigned (the "Purchaser") and ACME, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"). The parties hereto agree as follows: 1. Purchase of Shares. The Purchaser hereby purchases from the Company the number of shares of Common Stock, $.001 par value per share, of the Company ("Common Stock") set forth on the signature page hereto, and the Company hereby sells such shares of Common Stock to the Purchaser.
